Dr. Inalegwu Adoga
Pastor (Dr.) Inalegwu Joseph Adoga is the Founder and Executive Chairman of the Lead Empowerment and Advancement (LEAD) Foundation, an organisation committed to raising transformational leaders, empowering entrepreneurs, advancing sustainable development, and inspiring positive societal change. Through visionary leadership, strategic partnerships, mentorship, and capacity development, he is dedicated to developing L.E.A.D.E.R.S.—Leaders, Entrepreneurs, and Advocates for Development that is Essential, Revolutionary, and Sustainable.
A distinguished business executive, leadership strategist, minister of the Gospel, and advocate for national development, Dr. Adoga has devoted his life to empowering individuals and institutions to achieve sustainable growth, transformational leadership, and lasting impact. His work integrates leadership, governance, entrepreneurship, education, faith, and social responsibility, reflecting his conviction that lasting societal transformation begins with purposeful leadership.
For more than two decades, Dr. Adoga has served in senior leadership positions within Nigeria’s Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry, providing strategic direction and transformational leadership. Throughout his distinguished corporate career, he has served as a Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer and Board Director, leading business transformation, organisational growth, operational excellence, and sustainable value creation across Nigeria’s manufacturing sector. His exemplary leadership has consistently championed integrity, innovation, people development, operational excellence, and sustainable growth, inspiring many to view the marketplace as a powerful platform for national transformation and Kingdom influence.
A lifelong learner, Dr. Adoga is a graduate of the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, and holds postgraduate diplomas from Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University, Bauchi, and the Metropolitan School of Business and Management (United Kingdom). He also holds a Master of Brewing Operations (MBrew) from the Institute of Brewing and Distilling (United Kingdom) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Gloucestershire (United Kingdom). In addition, he has completed executive education and professional development programmes at the Lagos Business School, Ashridge Business School (now Hult International Business School), and other respected institutions.
He is also an alumnus of several internationally recognised leadership and ministry institutions, including the Word of Faith Bible Institute (WOFBI), Dominion Leadership Institute (DLI), Global Leadership Institute (GLI), the Institute for National Transformation, Haggai International, Living Spring International, and other leadership development institutions.
Driven by an unwavering passion for raising leaders of character and competence, Dr. Adoga founded the Lead Empowerment and Advancement (LEAD) Foundation to bridge the gap between potential and purpose. Through strategic initiatives such as LEAD TALK, LEADERS CIRCLE, leadership boot camps, mentorship programmes, entrepreneurship development, educational interventions, and community engagement initiatives, the Foundation continues to equip emerging leaders with the knowledge, values, skills, and networks required to become effective change agents within their communities, organisations, and nations.
Beyond his work in leadership development, Dr. Adoga is widely respected as a mentor, executive coach, conference speaker, and teacher. Dr. Adoga is also a co-labourer and Senior Pastor at Prevailers Intercessory Faith Ministry, where he is recognised for his strong exegetical teaching ministry, revelational insight, and commitment to raising spiritually mature believers who positively influence every sphere of society. His ministry reflects his belief that spiritual transformation and societal transformation are complementary dimensions of God’s purpose for humanity.
He is joyfully married to Pastor (Dr.) Ronke Esther Adoga, an educationist, transformational leader, and the Visionary and Founder of Prevailers Intercessory Faith Ministry, where she serves as the Presiding and Senior Pastor. Together, they are blessed with four God-loving children and remain deeply committed to developing leaders, strengthening families, empowering communities, and advancing national transformation through leadership, education, and faith.
Through the LEAD Foundation, Dr. Adoga continues to inspire individuals, institutions, and communities to embrace visionary leadership, lifelong learning, ethical governance, entrepreneurship, innovation, and servant leadership as catalysts for sustainable development and lasting societal impact.
Pst. Ronke Adoga
Pastor (Dr.) Ronke Esther Adoga is the Co-Chair and Chief Executive Officer of the Lead Empowerment and Advancement (LEAD) Foundation, a transformational organisation dedicated to developing leaders, empowering entrepreneurs, advancing sustainable development, and inspiring positive societal change. As the Foundation’s Chief Executive Officer, she provides strategic leadership for its programmes, partnerships, and initiatives, helping to equip individuals and communities with the knowledge, values, and opportunities needed to thrive and positively influence society.
A distinguished educationist, transformational leader, minister of the Gospel, and advocate for youth development, Dr. Ronke Adoga is passionate about nurturing individuals to realise their God-given potential and become responsible leaders in their families, organisations, communities, and nations. Her work reflects a deep commitment to leadership development, education, character formation, lifelong learning, and servant leadership.
Her journey of faith began on 27 August 1995, when she surrendered her life to Jesus Christ at the Garden of Faith, Living Faith Church. She was subsequently baptised in water and filled with the Holy Spirit in November of the same year. While studying at Ahmadu Bello University, she was nurtured through the Charismatic Renewal Ministry, where she received a solid biblical and spiritual foundation that continues to shape her leadership philosophy and lifelong commitment to service.
Her spiritual development continued at Living Faith Church, Barnawa, where she became a full-time member of staff in 1996. She coordinated the Dominion Bookstores, during which she experienced significant spiritual growth and leadership development under the impactful ministry of Bishop David Abioye. During this period, she also founded and coordinated the Readers Club, an initiative established to cultivate a culture of reading, continuous learning, and personal development among young people.
Following several years of ministry service, Dr. Ronke Adoga transitioned into the banking sector, serving with Standard Trust Bank before her engagement to Pastor (Dr.) Inalegwu Joseph Adoga. Following their marriage, she continued her professional career with United Bank for Africa (UBA), where she gained valuable experience in retail banking, marketing, customer service, and relationship management. These experiences further strengthened her leadership capacity and reinforced her passion for excellence, people development, and organisational effectiveness.
Committed to continuous learning, she earned a Diploma in Purchasing and Supply from Ahmadu Bello University, followed by a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communication from Lead City University, Ibadan, and a Master of Science degree in Mass Communication (Broadcasting) from the University of Lagos. Following the family’s relocation to Uyo in 2020, she commenced doctoral studies at the University of Uyo. Her academic and professional accomplishments have also been complemented by honours and recognitions from Prowess University, Delaware, United States, and other respected institutions and professional organisations.
She is also an alumna of several renowned leadership and ministry institutions, including the Word of Faith Bible Institute (WOFBI), Dominion Leadership Institute (DLI), Global Leadership Institute (GLI), the Institute for National Transformation, Haggai International, Living Spring International, and other leadership development organisations.
Beyond her leadership responsibilities at the Foundation, Dr. Ronke Adoga serves as the Executive Director of Roninal International School, where she provides visionary leadership in advancing the school’s commitment to delivering holistic, value-based education within a happy, stimulating, secure, and nurturing learning environment. Under her leadership, the school is committed to developing the whole child—emotionally, socially, physically, artistically, intellectually, and spiritually—while integrating the strengths of the British, Montessori, International Primary Curriculum (IPC), and Nigerian curricula to prepare learners for lifelong excellence, responsible citizenship, and global relevance.
As Co-Chair and Chief Executive Officer of the LEAD Foundation, Dr. Ronke Adoga provides strategic direction for programmes that promote leadership development, youth empowerment, education, entrepreneurship, mentorship, and community transformation. Working alongside the Foundation’s leadership team, she continues to champion initiatives that inspire children, young people, educators, parents, and emerging leaders to pursue excellence, embrace lifelong learning, and become catalysts for positive societal transformation.
Dr. Ronke Adoga is also the Visionary and Founder of Prevailers Intercessory Faith Ministry, where she serves as the Presiding and Senior Pastor. Through her teaching, prophetic ministry, pastoral care, and leadership, she remains devoted to raising men and women of prayer, unwavering faith, sound doctrine, Christlike character, and purposeful leadership who positively impact every sphere of society.
She is joyfully married to Pastor (Dr.) Inalegwu Joseph Adoga, Founder and Executive Chairman of the LEAD Foundation and Co-labourer and Senior Pastor at Prevailers Intercessory Faith Ministry. Together, they are blessed with four God-loving children and remain passionately committed to developing transformational leaders, strengthening families, empowering communities, and advancing sustainable national development through leadership, education, and faith.

Mrs. Angela Izegbune
Mrs Izegbune retired as the National Immunisation Officer of the World Health Organisation (WHO), Nigeria.
An astute administrator, her passion for working with the disadvantaged, has brought her to the frontiers of development programs all over the country.
Rev. Samson Osewa
Rev Osewa is currently the Chairman, The Ambassadors Schools. He is passionate about education and developed his school from obscurity into a nationally acclaimed institution that has received numerous awards. He is the
former deputy managing director, Nigerian German Chemical Ltd.

Taiwo Bamiloke
Taiwo Bamikole is a senior IT Auditor and Information Security Governance, Risk & Control (GRC)- Consultant who have gained experiences in performing ITGCs by testing, verifying, investigating and evaluating controls within applications and its underlying infrastructures. He tests that controls are designed appropriately and operating effectively according to Industry’s best practices.
He has ability to build relationships with all levels of staff and senior management and provide hands-on industry expertise. Expertise includes Sarbanes Oxley Compliance audit, NIST, COSO, COBIT, RMF, SAP ERP IT Controls, Root Cause Analysis, Process Documentation, Policy Traceability, Project Management, RCSA, Risk Metrics & Scorecard. He also has relevant Industry Standard Certifications.
He has used various analytical and GRC tools such as (IDEA), ServiceNow, RSA Archer suite for my auditing and testing procedures.
A great team player, detailed oriented and well-organized individual and a good communicator.
He is happily married with four children.
Dr. Mabel Idika
IDIKA, Mabel Ihuoma Ph.D., has a B.Tech degree in Biochemistry, a PGDE, Masters, and Ph.D. in Science (chemistry) Education from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria, where she is currently a Lecturer in Chemistry Education. She is registered with the Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN), American Chemical Society (ACS), and an active member of the Science Teachers Association of Nigeria (STAN), Organisation of Women in Sciences for the Developing world (OWSD), and the International Society for Teacher Education (ISfTE, Associate member). At the university, she provides valuable mentorship and academic supervision to both undergraduates and postgraduates, including their teaching practicum and research. She has published a number of journal papers and attended academic conferences and workshops, both at local and international levels. Her interests and areas of expertise include educational consulting, teacher training/professional development, science learning methods, and research in innovative teaching strategies.
Mrs Abimbola Soluade
Mrs. Abimbola Soluade currently works as Managing Director and Chief Trainer of IEJ Limited, conducting trainings in Presentation/Public Speaking Skills, Leadership, Administrative Duties such as Front Desk Professionals Training, Customer Care, Supervisory Skills, Time Management & Goal Setting, Effective Communication Skills, Telephone Etiquette, Office Behavior & Ethics, amongst others. With 20 years of working in established organizations as Executive PA to C-Suite Executives, she has extensive experience in designing and conducting customized training for corporate organizations. She has helped executives manage leadership challenges and organizational transformation journeys through coaching interventions, consulting activities and projects such as corporate strategy refresh, HR Operations & Processes set up, Business Processes Re-engineering, Vision-boarding, as well as Corporate Events Managements like Team Bonding. Abimbola brought and established Pitman Training Group, UK in Nigeria and traded under the name Pitman Training Lagos for 6 years until December 31, 2020. This, in addition to her previous experience while learning French in Besancon-France, deepened her capacity to deliver trainings developed for international audience and interact with people of diverse cultural background.
Abimbola sits on the Board of BEST (Business Education Services Training) Unit of the LCCI (Lagos Chamber of Commerce & Industry) – Lagos, Nigeria.
She is a member of the CGCC Parenting School as well as the first Faculty head of the Citadel Finishing School. As a Certified Life Coach, her passion and desire to help people discover their strengths has opened her up to the world of Learning & Development, and she enjoys the human interaction dynamics that the coaching situation often presents. In giving back to the community, Abimbola started the 3-month intensive Life & Career Development (LCD) Program for aspiring and young entrepreneurs, and has turned out 9 sets of participants. In addition, she has trained an average of 300 people on Goal Setting and Vision Boarding pro-bono at the end of every year, since 2018. She has an educational qualification of B.Sc. Fisheries Management from the prestigious University of Ibadan and since graduating, has undergone numerous executive training with Alliance Francaise, Ikeja, Université de Franché-Comté, Besançon, France, and Pitman Training Group.

Dr Kunle Awotiku is the MD/CEO of @uniplanintegratedservices, a management consulting firm that provides services in Trainings, Business Developments, Recruitment Process Outsourcing, Human Resource Management and Consulting. He is also the Director of Scriploque Academy, an academy that discover, trains and develop talents.
He brings on board over 14 years of business consulting and personnel management experience. He is a public speaker that believes in the power of words and consistently operates on the mission statement; ‘Your word determines your worth’. He is popularly known as “Mr. Word.” He is on a mission to raise over ten thousand speakers and this journey has begun as he has trained over five thousand persons to be speakers and has mentored over 380 speakers who are doing great.
He has addressed over 500 thousand youths across the nation and some parts in Africa.
He is a Human Resource expert, an internationally certified life coach, a career builder, a motivational speaker, a wellness coach and a serial entrepreneur.
He is one of the faculty/facilitator for Fate foundation on entrepreneurship.
He is the director of Entrepreneurship Naccima Youth, State of Osun and has achieved several results in his office.
He is a consultant on communication for some Institutions and a consultant as well with NYSC on entrepreneurship development, and a facilitator on employability skills.
He is an authority in the area of Persuasion and is nationally and internationally recognized.
He stands as a proactive change agent and an author of over eighteen books including “Becoming the best candidate for that job”, “Speak out”, “Unveil”, 365 Wisdom words and “The Destiny Child”.
He loves research and knowing new things especially in areas that have to do with, manpower development and wellbeing.
He is an associate member of some Institute of Management and in particular a FELLOW of Institute of Personality Development and Customer Relationship Management and Institute of Arts Management and Professionals.
He is an Executive Council member and the Director for Research and Curriculum Development for Institute of Arts Management Professionals. He is the Oyo State Coordinator for Christian Youths in Politics.
He holds a first degree in Agricultural Economics and Extension and a second degree in Personnel Psychology.
He holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Public Administration from Prowess University, Delaware, USA.
He is a mentor and counsellor for some leadership and youth organizations including Yali and Rotaract club.
He is a Rotarian and the Past President of Ibadan-Challenge Chapter. He once acted as the Youth service Director, Vocational Service Director and President Elect for the club. He has received several awards both nationally and internationally.

He worked as an experienced finance and banking professional for twenty years before yielding to his passion for helping individuals and organizations be at their best through coaching, mentoring, writing, speaking, and consulting on business continuity, legacy creation, finance, and institutional development.

Honourable Idorenyin James Umo, a native of Ekimbuk in Ibiono Ibom local government area, graduated from the prestigious University of Lagos in 1987 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. Aside from formal education, Umo had attended workshops, seminars, conferences, and trainings within and outside Nigeria, which gave him a wide range of exposure in leadership, business, and governance. Involved in numerous civic and charitable organizations, he is also a member of the Board of Directors of IBBIL Computers, created to designate a new level of internationally important ICT world, defined by elegance and attention to details.
Honourable Idorenyin James Umo has been responsible for various ICT services on international, national and state scenes such as technical partners for International Financial Corporation (IFC) sponsored Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) owners forum, stewarded by Pan-African University, Lagos in 2011; deployment of connectivity and learning tools to schools in Edo State under the School Access Programme (SAP) of the Universal Service Provision Fund (USPF) in 2009; supply and installation of computer systems and staff training on ICT facilitated e-learning equipment at the Maritime Academy of Nigeria in 2008; Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) training centre: Graduate Computer Training Programme, 2011; consulting on the deployment of wireless internet access to facilitate ICT-based e-learning programme and internet connectivity in the University of Uyo; training of teachers on the ICT-based e-learning curriculum under the UBE programme in Akwa Ibom State; supply, installation, maintenance and provision of training and consultancy services for ICT facilities in schools across the 36 States of the federation and Abuja.
In the political scene, Honourable Idorenyin James Umo contested, won and served diligently as member of the Akwa Ibom State House of Assembly and represented Ibiono Ibom State Constituency between 1999 and 2003 and served in the capacity of Deputy Majority Leader and Chairman of many House Committees including that of Works, Housing, Transport and Environment.
Umo is married to UduakAbasi Idorenyin Umo (Nee Miss UduakAbasi Monday Ekpuk) of Ikot Afaha Eket with whom the marriage is blessed with three children (two boys and one girl).
Pastor Triumphant Obamoh
Pastor Triumphant Olorunfemi Obamoh is primarily a servant of God and a minister of the gospel of Jesus Christ. He serves under the mentorship of his lifelong teacher, Dr. David Oyedepo, the Presiding Bishop of the Living Faith Church Worldwide. He has served in different departments of the ministry for years.
Some of his assignments include: Missionary to the Republic of Chad (1996), District Pastor Oyo (2001-2003), State Pastor, Ado/Osun State (2003-2006), State Pastor, LFC Ikorodu (2008), State Pastor, LFC Owerri (2009), Regional Field Pastor, Port-Harcourt (2009), Foreign Mission Director (2010), Regional Overseer Cameroon (2011), Mission Secretary (2012-2014), Executive Secretary (2014 -2017), State Pastor, Ikorodu, Akwa Ibom State (2018-2021); before his present deployment to Living Faith Church, Effurn, Delta State as State Pastor, He is a full-time student of the Bible and family man to the core, dedicated to his two children.
Chief Tosan Aiboni
Chief. Aiboni specializes in investment structuring, contracts review/structuring, regulatory advisory, legal and Intellectual Property due diligence services. He has been involved in the establishment and conduct of legal and regulatory compliance procedures for local subsidiaries of foreign multinational companies. He has experience in ownership restructuring and corporate re-organization involving mergers, acquisitions, (both local and cross border), asset disposal and government liaison. He also specializes in land acquisition, development and title regularization.
He is a detail-oriented professional with extensive experience in international trade, possession corporate practice in contracts engineering, incorporation of companies, corporate affairs commission and investigation projects, and corporate filings at securities and exchange commission. I am also a Certified Accelerate Review and Analysis Investigator.
Tosan was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2002. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Associations and a registered professional at the Financial Reporting Council.
Chief Aiboni serves as Company Secretary/Legal Adviser on the Boards of some private limited and public quoted companies (e.g., Champion Breweries Plc) as well as organizations within and outside Nigeria.

Prof. Uzoma Agwu
Prof (Mrs) Uzoma Maryrose Agwu is a consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist in Alex Ekwueme Federal University teaching Hospital and a Senior Lecturer in Ebonyi state university. She currently heads the Ebonyi State Health Insurance Agency (EBSHIA) as the Director General. She graduated from Ahmadu Bello University in 2000 and became a fellow of the West Africa College of Surgeons , National Postgraduate Medical College of Nigeria and International College of Surgeons in 2009, 2010, and 2017 respectively. She presently heads the Well Women Centre at Alex Ekwueme Federal University Teaching Hospital. She is also the Medical Director of Safewaymaria Specialist Clinic (a Well Women Care Clinic) at Ugwuachara, Ebonyi State. She has over thirty -seven (37) scholarly published papers and has attended over 24 scientific/technical/academic workshops/courses. She also established a foundation, the Joyce John Cancer Foundation, with interest in cancer prevention through screening and treatment of early lesions. Her numerous activities earned several awards local and international. She is a member of many professional and non-professional organizations and presently the treasurer of the Gynaecological Oncology Society of Nigeria and National Research Coordinator for the Medical Womens Association of Nigeria . She has received other numerous awards some of which are: Women of Merit Gold award, by People and resource Magazine 2007; Who is who in Nigeria Merit Award for Excellence in Management Intelligence by The Management Masters, 2008; Award of Excellence in Service, National Association of Resident Doctors(NARD) 2008/2009; Best Comment Award for Great Debate-Reuter UK 2009; Meritorious Service Award- ARD Ebonyi State 2009; Excellent Mentor Award by Egwuatu Aneziokoro Medical Research Club, EBSUTH, 2009.
She is a life member, Full Gospel Businessmen Fellowship International, EBSUTH Chapter, and Rotary Club International District 9140 Abakaliki South. She is happily married to Pharm (Sir) J.C Agwu; KSJ,JP (UNESCO) with lovely children Chidinma and Johny, all to the Glory of God.
Dr. Grace Ini
Mrs. Ini John Grace is an accomplished civil servant with 22 years’ experience in postal administration. In the cause of her career, she has worked in different sections of the post and attended series of service improvements training organized by Servicom institute Abuja and she is currently the state Servicom officer in Enugu.
She has equally attended series of leadership training such Dominion leadership institute (DLI), Global Leadership Institute (GLI), Institute of National Transformation which has developed her into the dynamic leader that she is today. Therefore, as a result she has held different pastoral positions in the Dominion City church.
She is currently serving as the pastor in charge of mission and programme,
She has also attended series of entrepreneurial and business management training and is currently running an established women’s clothing business.
In the field of Education, she has made remarkable with a doctorate in education management.
She provides consultancy services for some private school.
She hails from Port Harcourt and hold a bachelor’s degree in political science from University of Nigeria, Master of Education in Education management and PhD in Education management.
She is a practicing Christian and happily married with six children.
Mrs. Miranda Abott Amachree
Mrs. Miranda Abbot Amachree (Nee David-West) is a highly accomplished civil servant with over 25 years’ experience in environmental protection. In the course of her career, she has transversed the various stages of environmentalism in Nigeria, from the old Federal Ministry of Works and Housing to the Federal Environmental Protection Agency (FEPA), the present Federal Ministry of Environment and then moved to the National Environmental Standards & Regulations Enforcement Agency (NESREA) as a Pioneer staff and retired as Director, Inspection and Enforcement Department. Before the appointment of the substantive DG/CEO, NESREA, she successfully piloted the affairs of the Agency as the Acting Director General/CEO.
She hails from Buguma, River State, Nigeria. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Microbiology from the University of Port Harcourt, Master of Science Degree in Environmental Sanitation from University of Ghent, Belgium and numerous certificate courses both home and abroad.
Mrs. Miranda A. Amachree is a member of many professional bodies and a distinguished fellow of the Occupational Safety, Health and Environment (OSHA) and Waste Management Society of Nigeria (WAMASON).
She is a practising Christian and happily married with four children.

Dr Ndubuisi-Nnaji
Dr Uduak Ndubuisi-Nnaji (Nee Joshua) is an Associate Professor of Microbiology with over 18 years’ experience in teaching and research.
She hails from Umuahia -South LGA, of Abia State, Nigeria.
She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Microbiology from the University of Calabar; a Master of Science Degree in Industrial Microbiology and a Doctor of Philosophy Degree in Environmental Microbiology/Biotechnology from the unique University of Port Harcourt, as well as numerous certificates from courses/trainings both home and abroad.
Having consistently graduated top of her class, she started out as an Assistant lecturer and has transversed the ranks, serving in different capacities at various positions within and outside the university system.
As an enthused academic, she has successfully authored several learned articles in local and international journals and have contributed immensely to available knowledge bank in the field of Environmental resources management and waste to wealth technology.
Dr Ndubuisi-Nnaji is a member of many professional bodies, a social entrepreneur and a community service volunteer.
She is a child of God, happily married with four biological children and several professional sons and daughters.
