Every transformational journey begins with self-discovery.
The LEADERS Development Programme (LDP) walks you from self-discovery to leadership, from leadership to enterprise, from enterprise to community impact, and on to lifelong service. You learn with academic rigour, put it into practice, and grow through mentoring, reflection and community engagement.
The LDP develops L.E.A.D.E.R.S.™: Leaders, Entrepreneurs and Advocates for Development that is Ethical, Responsible and Sustainable.
It is the flagship curriculum of the LEADERS Development Academy, the Foundation’s single vehicle for structured leadership development.
